He shares, “When I wake up at 5:30, it’s the only time I have to myself and take that time to exercise and listen to my favorite podcast or audiobook. Starting your day, feeding your mind and body works wonders for the rest of the day as I get to work ready to take on anything after that. Balancing work/family is also hugely important and having the right people in place so that you can have uninterrupted time is needed for a rewarding life.”
