Now, passengers from Asian countries connecting to the Emirates could conveniently travel through the Sri Lankan airways. Both countries have signed an Interline to offer access to 15 regional destinations operated by Sri Lankan Airlines routing through Colombo.
Both airlines will create a seamless interline connection between the two points. Networks between Colombo and Dubai would help the airline to use the single ticket to travel conveniently.
A single ticket system will add more comfort to the passenger because the customer’s baggage would be transferred easily through the connecting flights.
The interline network also comes with two new Indian destinations, Madurai and Tiruchirapally. It will also cover the Island in the Maldives.
Far east and south Asian destinations would have access to several Indian airports, including e Cochin, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. If we go far east of Asia, you will have Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, Guangzhou, Seoul, and Tokyo added to the list.

People traveling from Western countries must go through Dubai; thus, the interline network will build a seamless experience for passengers. Also, the increased connectivity between the two countries will bring more tourism to the country.
