The decision of the expansion is taken considering the rising numbers of tourists. Also, the new development will create a positive brand image of the brand making them stand out from the other competitors in the industry.

Hilton has maintained its legacy for several decades, and now it is moving towards building an ecosystem for the hotel chain where the service will be offered beyond expectation. It provides luxurious accommodations to travelers visiting the new country and lets them enjoy their stay around the beautiful facilities.

Hilton is aiming to grow in Saudi Arabia.

Hilton is partnering with various firms in Saudi Arabia to progress in their ambitious plan of quadrupling its presence in Saudi Arabia.

Moreover, Hilton plans to bring a second Conrad hotel and resort property to Saudi Arabia. The hotels will have 170 Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley, which is planned to open in the year 2025. It is a high-end mixed-use real estate projects

In partnership with Mashareq Investment, Hilton plans to bring its second Conrad Hotels & Resorts property to Saudi Arabia. The 170-key Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley is expected to open in 2025 opposite the city’s diplomatic quarter at the heart of the Laysen Valley development, one of Riyadh’s most prominent high-end, mixed-use real estate projects.

Furthermore, Hilton has signed two hotels under the flagship Hilton Hotels and Resorts brand. It is a lifestyle Canopy by Hilton brand in the city of Abha. The brand signs the Abha Terraces Project.

An official announcement follows the signing of Hilton’s memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Tourism Development Fund. The government focuses on leisure accommodation to create attractive tourism destinations in Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia and several other Gulf countries currently depending on fuel exports have understood that tourism is the economy’s future.

A large portion of the country’s economic development would rely on tourism. Thus, they are investing heavily in developing an experience for the tourist so the economy can survive when renewable energy sources become the primary fuel.

Hilton’s Point residences and Canopy will have modern amenities. It will have a capacity to accommodate more than 250 guests. Hotels will have luxurious interiors, unique suites, places, and more.

On the other hand, Canopy by Hilton Porta Jeddah will have around 183 guest rooms and more than 55 residences, including world-class F&B outlets with specialty restaurants and rooftop concepts.

The hotel will have a fitness center open for guests: an outdoor swimming pool, and 300 square meters of meeting space. Hilton is focusing on developing luxurious amenities to promote tourism in the country.

Hilton has signed six hotels to date with various development firms. Currently, there are 16 hotels in Saudi Arabia, including Waldorf Astoria Jeddah – Qasr Al Sharq.
The Conrad Makkah, and Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences are the most popular hotels in Saudi Arabia.
